This is it: Our comprehensive operational assessment and evaluation. We measure every aspect of your business, and then provide you with an objective overview and detailed recommendations tailored to your particular venue. With The Bevy Baseline, you'll gain invaluable insights and strategies as we:

• Evaluate - We review it all - your company history, existing portfolio, marketing materials and brand identity. We research the competition, and work closely with you to assess your strengths and weaknesses, goals and opportunities. In addition, your team members will be asked to complete a short survey and assessment.
• Experience - We go undercover to visit your venue, providing a detailed evaluation of your facility, layout and staff from the consumer's point of view.
• Execute - Once we've collected all the necessary data, you receive a detailed assessment including objectives, tactics and budgets for improving business, increasing profits, and strengthening customer relations.
